      Hi Linda! Yes, you can wear it either on your right or left hand. It is just important to set the Leaf placement in your app. 🙂

    I have a problem with the new bracelet detaching from my Leaf Urban because the new bracelet does not have fully closing clips. I wish you guys would have thought that through a little more.

      I have the same problem, the leaf came out of the clasp the first day I wore it. Will there be new bracelet coming out for the urban that have a retention feature? I’ve had it less than a week and it came out twice. I have installed it properly per the blog page I was referred too… You have retaining clips for the nature version, can those be used on the urban bracelet?

      I have this problem too and for that reason I wear it as a clip more often than I’d like.

          Could you offer the new clips as a replacement part we could purchase? I love my bracelets and they are in good shape, but come undone. If I could slide the old clasp out and insert the locking clasp that would be ideal. Rather than purchase an entire new strap when I have 2 fairly new ones. I love my Bellabeat Urban and get compliments all the time.

    Hi I wish the leaf would track all activities that I do through out the day without having to change them all the time and calculate the calories burned that way instead of estimating that for each activity wich may not be accurate
    It’s ok if you do a specific activity

    I have a question. I may have missed the answer so if I did I apologize.
    If I want to see my results for my “steps” let’s say…do I need to sync my device each time I want to see information?

      Hi Sangeeta. Yes, if you wish to see updates to you daily step count, you will need to first sync your Leaf. 🙂

    I am having the same problem as mentioned previously. I would love to wear it as a bracelet, it is very pretty, but it keeps come unhooked. I’m afraid I will lose it and so now wear it on my pants. still learning about were it works best. It said shirt is best, what part of your shirt should you place it?

    I just received my Leaf Urban and wear it on my left wrist, but the step count seems abnormally high compared to my Fitbit which I’ve continued wearing to compare data. Is there any way to specify which wrist it’s actually on?

      I have that problem as well–the step count with my leaf urban as a bracelet is almost triple the actual count. This is exceedingly frustrating.

    I wore my Leaf Urban on my wrist and the bracelet kept coming un hooked, so I made it as tight as possible, but while at the movies, it came un hooked and I lost it. So so so disappointed!

    I wish there were different sizes of the bracelet available. My wrist is *just* too large for the bracelet when wrapped twice and there are no pre-punched holes on the band where I’d need them to wrap it once. Since I’m focusing on weight loss as part of my overall health, I’m hopeful that I’ll fit it shortly, but I know I’m not the only curvy girl using this product. 🙂

    I too am having issues with the bracelet hooks coming undone. This is very disappointing. I do not want to wear this as a necklace, the whole point of getting it, for me, was to wear it as a bracelet. Poor design! When can we expect better bracelets? I got the Bella because lucky me went through four faulty fitbits. I had hoped it would be a better experience. Not off to a good start.

    I just got my Urban and I am very disappointed that it does not work as a bracelet. I would not have ordered it how do I know just to be a necklace. When will new bracelets be available?
