Fat burning recipes: Banana-oat smoothie

When it comes to good, healthy food, bananas are one of the smartest choices you can make. You will need:

2/3 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup prepared quick-cooking oats

1/2 plain greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

1 large banana, sliced

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, then pulse until smooth. That’s it!
